Comments:	 Diatoxanthin from Phaeodactylum tricornutum dissolved in 90% Solvent A (87:10:3 acetonitrile/methanol/water) and 10% Solvent B (ethyl acetate).  In vitro absorbance spectra obtained during HPLC separation using our Waters 996 PDA detector. Pigment sample obtained by purification of Phaeodactylum tricornutum extract. Peaks occur at about 455.5 and 482 nm.
