Comments:	In vitro absorbance spectra obtained during HPLC separation using a Waters 996 PDA detector.  Solvent composed of 99% Solvent A (87:10:3 acetonitrile/methanol/water) and 1% Solvent B (ethyl acetate).  Pigment sample obtained obtained from green algal extracts. Peaks occur at about 447 and 475 nm.
