Comments:	Absorbance (in vitro) (arbitrary units) of scytonemin extracted from microbial mat cores from the Ward Ice Shelf and Markham Ice Shelf, Nunavut, Canada.  Extraction was done with a Varian ProStar HPLC, and absorbance spectra measured with a Varian photodiode array.
